4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Typically, you will receive:
- 1 message when you submit a booking request
- 1 message when your appointment is confirmed
- 1 reminder message 24 hours before your appointment
- Additional messages if there are any changes to your appointment
On average, expect 2-4 messages per appointment booked.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan. Tropic Hydration does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's rates may vary.
