- Beauty and anti-aging infusions
- Intramuscular (IM) vitamin injections
Service Delivery
Services are provided at your chosen location within our service area, including:
- Residential homes and apartments
- Hotels and vacation rentals
- Offices and workplaces
- Event venues (with prior arrangement)
Medical Oversight
All services are:
- Provided by licensed, trained medical professionals (RNs, Paramedics, or LPNs)
- Overseen by our Medical Director
- Conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations
- Performed using medical-grade equipment and pharmaceutical-grade ingredients
3. Eligibility and Requirements
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive our services. Minors may only receive services with:
- Written parental or guardian consent
- Parent or legal guardian present during treatment
- Medical documentation supporting the treatment
Medical Eligibility
To receive our services, you must:
- Complete our medical intake questionnaire honestly and thoroughly
- Disclose all relevant medical history, conditions, and medications
- Not have contraindications to IV therapy (as determined by our medical team)
- Be in generally stable health condition
Service Area
Services are available in Palm Coast, FL and surrounding areas within our service radius. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our normal service area or that present safety or logistical concerns.
4. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be booked through:

- Email request to our booking team
Appointment Confirmation
- All bookings are requests and subject to availability
- We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours
- Confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS (if opted in)
- Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team
Same-Day Service
We strive to accommodate same-day appointments when possible, subject to availability. Same-day bookings may incur an additional rush fee.
Scheduling Changes
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staffing, weather, or other circumstances

5. Payment and Fees
Pricing

Payment Timing

Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for:
- Travel outside our standard service area ($25-$50 depending on distance)
- Same-day rush service ($25)
- After-hours service (before 8 AM or after 8 PM) ($50)
- Event services or multiple patients ($50 setup fee plus per-person pricing)

No Insurance Billing
Tropic Hydration does not bill insurance companies. Payment is your responsibility. We can provide an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, but we make no guarantee of coverage.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
- 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free reschedule
- 12-24 Hours Notice: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 12 Hours: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- No-Show: 100% charge, no refund
Company Cancellations
If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- You will receive a full refund of any payment made
- We will offer to reschedule at your convenience
- We will provide as much advance notice as possible
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- You arrive intoxicated or under the influence of substances
- You have undisclosed medical contraindications
- The service location is unsafe or unsuitable
- You are verbally abusive or threatening to our staff
- You have an outstanding unpaid balance
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Incomplete Treatments
If treatment cannot be completed due to:
- Patient request: Partial refund at our discretion based on services rendered
- Medical reasons: Partial refund for services not provided
- Adverse reaction: No additional charges; partial refund possible

Not Emergency Medical Care

- We do not provide emergency medical services
- We cannot treat serious or life-threatening conditions

Before receiving treatment, you will be required to:

Risks and Benefits
You acknowledge that IV therapy involves risks, including but not limited to:

- Vein inflammation (phlebitis)
- Rare serious complications (blood clots, air embolism, etc.)

9. Limitations and Contraindications
We Cannot Treat
Our services are not appropriate for individuals with:
- Severe dehydration requiring hospitalization
- Acute medical emergencies
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Severe heart disease or congestive heart failure
- Severe kidney disease or renal failure
- Active cancer undergoing chemotherapy (without physician clearance)
